January AppScan Innovation Workshops
This month, we have one of two upcoming Innovation Workshops with technical-assistant-guided, hands-on opportunities to see these tools in action. Both workshops will show how to integrate with some of our best products to optimize your application security.
January 24th: HCL AppScan IAST + OT UI/Perf and ASD + OT API
AppScan on Cloud paired with HCL DevOps quality assurance tools HCL OneTest UI and Performance creates a powerful automated test solution for organizations. While functional and load testing is executing on web applications, AppScan IAST technology provides the ability to automatically trigger security monitoring, providing both quality and security results.
AppScan Standard is a dynamic application security testing tool designed for security experts and pen-testers. It includes the abilities to test APIs by leveraging HCL OneTest API. HCL OneTest API triggers and validates a system’s APIs across a range of network protocols and message formats. It allows test cases to examine individual exchanges within larger transactions. This can be done in a non-intrusive manner using the same technologies for recording and service virtualization.
